Cancellation of Services

If you wish to cancel your SEO services with Rapid Rank SEO, we require a written notice at least 30 days prior to the desired cancellation date. This allows us to analyze the impact on ongoing campaigns and prepare for a smooth transition. Cancellation requests should be sent via email to our customer support team at [email protected].

Please include your name, contact information, and the reason for cancellation in your email. Our team will review your request and provide confirmation within 72 hours of receipt.

Refunds

At Rapid Rank SEO, we strive to provide exceptional services and results to our clients. However, we do understand that circumstances may arise where a refund may be applicable. The eligibility for a refund is subject to the following conditions:

1. Valid Reasons for Refunds

A refund request may be considered in the following situations:

  • If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe.
  • If there is a breach of service obligations from our end.
  • If you face technical issues resulting from our services that cannot be resolved, even after our best efforts.

2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Provide your name, contact information, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

Our team will review your request thoroughly and respond within 7 business days. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. The refund method will be determined by Rapid Rank SEO, based on the original mode of payment.

3. Refund Limitations

Please note the following limitations regarding refunds at Rapid Rank SEO:

  • No refunds will be provided for services already delivered and completed.
  • If any third-party tools or services were used as part of the SEO campaign, refund eligibility will be subject to their respective terms and conditions.
  • If the refund request is found to be fraudulent or made with malicious intent, it will not be honored.

If you wish to modify your service package or make any changes to your existing campaign, please get in touch with our customer support team. We will work closely with you to understand your requirements and ensure a seamless transition.
